Project Goals
Build out a new test suite for the project to prevent feature regressions
Provide Pull Request feedback as new features are developed in order to minimize regressions reaching staging and production deployments
Move deployment from DigitalOcean to Heroku to require the test suite to pass before each deployment and easily allow for deployment rollbacks

Developer Lead Responsibilities
Meet with client every other week about upcoming project changes and priorities
Write tests for existing features to ensure QA standards are met going forward
Review PR’s from other developers on the project as an accountability benchmark prior to staging deployments
Manage Heroku deployments to staging and production
Send weekly mid and end-of-sprint reports about sprint progress, successes, and challenges
